0S0SLIBYA Business Visit to Algeria and Signing of Joint Cooperation Agreement

As part of strengthening advisory and investment cooperation between Libya and Algeria, the CEO of 0S0SLIBYA, Consultant Elmabruk Elgembari, conducted a business visit to Algeria in January 2026, during which a joint cooperation agreement was signed between the two institutions, represented by their legal teams.

This visit follows the earlier participation of  0S0SLIBYA ’s Senior Consultant, Engineer Mohamed Faris, in the African Economic Investment Forum hosted by Algeria in September last year under the patronage of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune. The forum included meetings with several institutions and companies, among them Valoric Consulting.

The newly signed agreement reflects Algeria’s interest in collaborating with 0S0SLIBYA in advisory and investment activities, supporting the implementation of joint projects between Libya and Algeria, and expanding cooperation across African and Arab countries
